As such our experienced sales team can quickly match your requirements with homes we already have available. We will also keep you regularly updated with details of new homes as soon as they become available.

Computer linked offices – Our network of five branches are linked with a “real-time” computer system. This means that as soon as a home is taken on at one Lords branch all others on the network can access the details. All of our sales team are automatically sent the details and we can quickly begin the process of matching the home to a buyer.

Local knowledge – Our office teams live (and work!) locally. As such we have first-hand information and knowledge on important things such as local schools or amenities. If you’re new to the area we can listen to your requirements and make informed recommendations as to where we might find suitable homes for you.

Impartial advice – Having found your dream home we know that you’ll want to get moved in as soon as possible. The sheer range of things you need to organise can sometimes be confusing.
